About

I'm a quality engineer who got here by way of electronics testing. I spent five years running environmental and thermal validation on lighting products before moving into software QA. That background shows up in how I work: methodical, documentation-rich, and comfortable owning a problem from root cause to fix.

For the last several years I've focused on automated test frameworks (TypeScript, Cypress, Playwright, Postman), and more recently on using AI tools to speed up the less interesting parts of the job; translating test plans into well-formed tickets, drafting Gherkin scenarios, and spotting coverage gaps. I like mentoring, writing test plans people actually reuse, and finding the bug nobody else caught.

I hold a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UMass Lowell and a B.S. in Geology from William & Mary.

    • Built and maintained an automated test framework in TypeScript/Axios spanning four software stacks.
    • Expanded E2E automated coverage by 60%, translating test plans into Gherkin and Jira-backed work items.
    • Documented 15+ reusable test plans in Confluence, adopted as a standard by other teams.
